HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Simply log into your account, click on Subscriptions and select the Active subscription you’d like to modify. From there you can update your subscription quantity, move your next order date, change order frequency, skip an order, or cancel your subscription.
How often will my subscription arrive?
Your first delivery will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days of placing your order. Subsequent deliveries are automatically delivered on your selected schedule, every 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks.
Can I change my delivery schedule?
Absolutely. Simply log into your account, click on Subscriptions, select the Active subscription you’d like to modify, click order frequency and update as needed.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Simply log into your account, click on Subscriptions, select the Active subscription you’d like to modify, and click Cancel subscription. Once your subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
I’m still using the product(s) from my last delivery and I received my next subscription order. Now I
have more than I need. What should I do?
Please go into your customer account and click on Subscriptions, select the Active subscription you’d like to modify, and modify your order frequency based on your needs, or select Skip this order to skip your upcoming order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on subscription orders. All sales are final.
