Where do the exosomes come from? Are they safe?
(plated)® sources platelets exclusively from FDA-regulated donation banks in the United States, selecting qualified, healthy donors after the transfusion window has passed. Does it need to be refrigerated?
No. Unlike many exosome products, Renewosome™ keeps each exosome's protective shell intact, so the serums are shelf-stable. Store at room temperature, away from extreme heat or cold.

In what order do I apply everything?
Always apply (plated)® first, on clean, dry skin. On the face, that's the INTENSE Serum before any other product; let it dry 2–5 minutes, then layer treatments, moisturizer, and SPF. On the body, apply BODY Serum to clean skin. Applying first gives the exosomes direct access to the skin.

How does the refill work?
The INTENSE Serum Refill replenishes your existing INTENSE bottle, so you keep the vessel and simply swap the formula, extending your results while reducing packaging waste.

Will these make my skin sun-sensitive?
No. (plated)® supports skin renewal and resilience without causing sun sensitivity, so you can use it morning or night. Daily broad-spectrum SPF is always good practice to protect your results.

When will I see results?
With consistent daily use, many people notice visible improvements on the face within 4-6 weeks, with results continuing to build. For the body, optimal results are typically seen around 12 weeks.
