The Details
Your lymphatic system is your body's built-in filtration network — and most of us never think to support it. The Lymphatic Brush Starter Set by Cecily Braden gives you everything you need to address it from head to toe. This best-selling combo includes both the Small brush (face & neck) and the Large brush (body), each patented and purpose-built for their specific areas of the body.
Both brushes are engineered to gently grip the superficial lymph vessels residing just beneath the skin's surface, mimicking the passive contractions of the lymph vessels to manually propel fluid and stimulate lymphatic flow. Although they appear similar, the Small and Large brush bristles differ slightly to provide the appropriate pressure from head to toe.
Unlike gua sha and dry brushing — which increase circulation and push fluid into tissue — lymphatic drainage is a draining technique. The Lymphatic Brush is designed to reduce and remove excess fluid from the tissue, clearing the cellular waste, toxins, and proteins that contribute to puffiness, dullness, acne, rosacea, dark circles, sensitivity, cellulite, and sluggishness throughout the body.
The Small brush is sized and bristled specifically for the face and neck. Its ergonomic contoured shape ensures precise contact with the skin and accurate alignment with facial lymph nodes and lymphatic pathways. The bristles are soft but durable — they won't scratch, irritate, or damage even the most sensitive skin types.
The Large brush is designed for the body — targeting the legs, arms, abdomen, and décolleté to flush excess fluid and cellular waste, revive tired and restless legs, reduce swelling, improve digestion, minimize the appearance of cellulite, and support the immune system.
The Small Lymphatic Brush is the featured tool in La Suite's signature Contour & Restore Lymphatic Facial 60 — a treatment combining Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Method), glass ventouse cups, and The Lymphatic Brush to sculpt, lift, and accelerate pre- and post-procedure recovery.

How To Use
Step 1 — Prep your skin Use on freshly cleansed, slightly damp skin. The moisture increases gentle grip and lymphatic pull without requiring added pressure. Dry skin works too.
Step 2 — Start at the neck Always work the neck first to open drainage pathways before working the face or body. Use light, overlapping downward strokes toward the collarbone.
Step 3 — Work the face (Small Brush) Using a feather-light touch, follow facial lymphatic pathways outward and downward — from the center of the face toward the ears and down the neck. The brush does the work; pressure is not necessary or beneficial.
Step 4 — Work the body (Large Brush) Using the Large brush, follow the body's lymphatic pathways — working the legs, arms, abdomen, and décolleté with light, overlapping strokes directed toward the nearest lymph node clusters.
Step 5 — Apply your products Apply serums, oils, and moisturizers after brushing. No products are needed during use.
Frequency: 2x daily — morning after showering, evening after cleansing. Consistency matters more than duration.

FAQ
What is included in the Starter Set? The Starter Set includes both the Small brush (face & neck) and the Large brush (body), each with its own eco-protective travel case and access to free tutorials at thelymphaticbrush.com.
What is the difference between the Small and Large brush? Although they appear similar, the bristles differ slightly to provide the appropriate pressure for each area of the body. The Small is designed for the delicate skin of the face and neck; the Large is designed for the body — legs, arms, abdomen, and décolleté.
What makes this different from gua sha or dry brushing? Gua sha and dry brushing stimulate circulation and push fluid into the tissue. The Lymphatic Brush does the opposite — it drains excess fluid out using a light technique that mimics lymphatic vessel contractions. Different tools, different intentions, different results.
How often should I use it? At least twice daily — morning after showering and evening after cleansing. Consistency matters more than duration.
Do I need to use products with it? No. Use it on clean, slightly damp or dry skin. Apply your serums and moisturizers afterward.
Is it safe for sensitive skin? Yes. The feather-soft bristles on the Small brush won't scratch or damage even fragile, reactive skin types.
Can I use it if I have acne? Yes. Lymphatic drainage clears acne by filtering cellular debris and reducing inflammation. Work around (not directly on) active pustules, using light downward strokes.
Can I use it after Botox or fillers? Yes, with a very light touch around (not directly on) injection sites. Note: lymphatic drainage may reduce how long Botox lasts.
Can I use it during pregnancy? Safe during 2nd and 3rd trimesters and while breastfeeding. Do not use in the 1st trimester. Consult your physician if unsure.
How do I clean the brushes? Quick clean: spray with 70% isopropyl alcohol, wipe bristles with a soft cloth. Deep clean (1–2x per month): work a mild cleanser into bristles in circular motions, rinse thoroughly with bristles facing down, air dry bristles-down before storing.
Is it vegan and sustainable? Yes — 100% vegan, recycled and recyclable materials, vegan adhesives throughout.
Where do I learn the technique? Free step-by-step guides and video tutorials at thelymphaticbrush.com/tutorials.
